Traffic Advisory: Express Lanes Tolling Resumes June 1

On Monday, June 1, 2020 at 5 a.m., the Alameda County Transportation Commission, along with other Bay Area Express Lane operators, will resume express lanes tolling in Alameda County along Interstate 580 and southbound on Interstate 680 over the Sunol Grade and throughout other Bay Area counties.

Tolling was suspended in March of this year due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. This month, however, key corridors are experiencing increased levels of weekday traffic, prompting the reinstatement of tolling.
