The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to provide professional services for the Alameda County Multimodal Performance Monitoring Project. The anticipated performance period is for an initial period of twenty-seven (27) months from October 2023 to December 2025, with options for up to three (3) additional years of service.

This contract will be funded with Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) Revenue, Measure B, and/or Measure BB funds, or such funds in combination with other local funds. As such, the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program will apply. The LBCE Program’s goals for professional services are 70.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms and 30.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) firms. This contract is not subject to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements.

7th Street Grade Separation East (7SGSE) Construction (R23-0007)

The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a bid for the construction of the 7SGSE project. This 755 Working Day project will reconstruct the existing substandard railroad underpass on 7th Street between Interstate 880 and Maritime Street, to increase clearance for trucks, meet current geometric and seismic standards, and improve the shared pedestrian/bicycle pathway on a realigned and reconstructed 7th Street, located within the Port of Oakland Seaport area. The types of work included, but not limited to, are roadway, structures, rail, electrical, intelligent transportation system elements, mechanical, foundation, tiebacks, dewatering, drainage, utilities, traffic control, flagging, construction surveys, develop water supply, fabric and oils, construction signage, temporary k-rail, demolition/building removal, clear and grub, erosion control, minor concrete structure, reinforcing steel, fencing, pavement striping and markings, signal and lighting, and street sweeping. Specialized items include deep soil mixing (DSM) walls and DSM hold down piles. A California Class A contractor’s license is required.

This contract has no contract equity goals.

This event will bring Small/Underrepresented Business (SUB) contractors together with public and government agencies, prime contractors, and specialty trades from across the state to build relationships, create opportunities, and strengthen our industry.
