ALONG SAN LEANDRO STREET IN ALAMEDA COUNTY May 10, 2022 at 11:25 a.m. The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) proposes seeking bids from contractors to maintain the East Bay Greenway (Segment 7A) along San Leandro Street between the Coliseum BART Station and 85th Avenue (Project). The Project includes sweeping, weed removal, graffiti removal, striping, pothole filling, painting of fences/railing, repair/replacement of railing and other items as described in the contract documents. A California Class A contractor’s license is required. This contract will be funded with Measure B funds. As such, the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program (LBCE) will apply. The LBCE Program’s goals for construction are 60.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and 20.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE). Express Lanes Toll System Integration & Maintenance Services (R22-0009)
March 21, 2021 at 3:40 p.m. The Alameda County Transportation Commissions (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to design, install, integrate, and maintain an electronic toll system for the I-680 Express Lanes, including a southbound express lane with two segments, extending from Alcosta Boulevard in Dublin to SR-237 in Milpitas, and a northbound lane with one segment, extending from south of Auto Mall Parkway in Fremont to SR 84 in Sunol. The scope of work includes all lane/roadway system equipment and a host system that will transmit fully formed express trips to the Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) for processing. Alameda CTC may contract additional toll system integration or maintenance services for other corridors under the resulting agreement. The anticipated performance period is for ten (10) years with options for up to four (4) additional years of service. This contract will be funded with Measure BB funds or such funds in combination with other local funds. As such, the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program will apply. The LBCE Program’s goals for professional services are 70.0% participation by Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms and 30.0% participation by Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) firms. ON STATE HIGHWAY IN ALAMEDA COUNTY ALONG STATE ROUTE 84 IN LIVERMORE FROM RUBY HILL DRIVE TO JACK LONDON BOULEVARD May 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites bidders to submit sealed bids for plant establishment work on State Highway in Alameda County along State Route 84 in Livermore from Ruby Hill Drive to Jack London Boulevard. The Project includes performing an initial site assessment to identify deficiencies and the work necessary to restore the landscaped areas; and thereafter, performing three (3) years of plant establishment work. The work includes plant replacement, irrigation system repairs and installing two chain link gates. A California Class A or C-27 contractor’s license is required. This contract will be funded in part by the CMA -Transportation Improvement Program, and as such, will not be subject to the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program.
