The anticipated performance period is for an initial period of 36 months from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024, with options for up to 2 additional years of service.

This contract will be funded with Vehicle Registration Fee, Measure B, and/or Measure BB funds, or such funds in combination with other local funds. As such, the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program requirements will apply. The LBCE Program’s goals for professional services are 70.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and 30.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE). This contract is not subject to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.

This contract will utilize federal funds. As such, federal requirements will apply. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contract goal for this contract is 11.0%. Construction of Landscaping at Marina Boulevard and Davis Street Interchanges (R20-0007)

The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites bidders to submit sealed bids for construction of Landscaping at Marina Boulevard and Davis Street Interchanges. The project includes the following elements: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Temporary Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Planting and Plant Establishment, Remote Control Valves, Irrigation Controllers, Backflow Preventers, Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk. A California Class A or C-27 contractor’s license is required.

This contract will be funded in part by the CMA -Transportation Improvement Program, and as such, will not be subject to the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, as local firms are a vital component of Alameda County’s economy, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of local and small firms in its bid.
