Each year, Alameda CTC adopts a legislative program that guides its legislative and policy activities and sets forth the agency’s funding, regulatory, and administrative principles. View the Alameda CTC 2026 Legislative Program (PDF).
Alameda County has forged local, regional and statewide partnerships to develop strategic funding packages, establish legislation and prioritize transportation investments to advance project delivery. In addition to partnering with state and federal representatives, Alameda CTC collaborates locally with partners from Alameda County, the cities, transit operators, the Association of Bay Area Governments, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the Port of Oakland and other organizations interested in coordinating legislative efforts.
