The Independent Watchdog Committee (IWC) reviews the Alameda County Transportation Commission’s 2000 Measure B expenditures and 2014 Measure BB expenditures and performance measures.

The IWC invites the public to comment on its draft 24th Annual Report to the Public at a public hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Check the Alameda CTC Meetings webpage in July for the location of the public hearing.
