2014 Measure BB Transportation Expenditure Plan Amendments

On September 25, 2025, the Alameda CTC Commission voted to initiate a 45-day comment period for an amendment to the 2014 Measure BB Transportation Expenditure Plan (TEP). The proposed amendment is to replace the “Alameda to Fruitvale BART Rapid Bus” project with a “City of Alameda Transit Priority and Improvement Program.” The City of Alameda Transit Priority and Improvement Program will increase transit service reliability and provide bus stop amenities and access improvements to support transit priority elements of multimodal projects.

After the 45-day comment period, Alameda CTC staff will review and analyze the comments received and present the proposed amendment and comments to the Alameda CTC Planning, Policy and Legislation Committee for consideration and recommendation to the full Commission for action.
