Public Notice: I-580 Westbound HOV Lane Hot-spot Analysis Report

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) are proposing to widen Interstate 580 (I-580) to construct a westbound high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane from the Greenville Road interchange in Livermore to the Foothill Road/San Ramon Road Interchange in Dublin/Pleasanton, a distance of approximately 13.2 miles.

The Draft Fine Particulate Matter (PM 2.5) Report, which provides a qualitative hot-spot analysis of particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 2.5 microns, is now available for public review.

For more information about this project, see the public notice and the project fact sheet.
