Alameda CTC has prepared an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the East Bay Greenway, a 12-mile long, Class I Multi-Use Bike Path, Class II Bike Lane and Class III Bike Route from 19th Avenue in Oakland to the Hayward Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station.

The Draft East Bay Greenway IS/MND was available for 30-day public review in June 2012. Alameda CTC received comments from five public agencies and responded to them in the final document, which is scheduled for review by the Commission’s Programs and Projects Committee and for adoption by the full Commission at its October 25, 2012 meeting.
