Overall Monitoring Services (RFP No. R16-0005)

The Alameda County Transportation Commission (“Alameda CTC”) is requesting proposals from interested firms to provide overall transportation monitoring and modeling services for Alameda CTC to provide assistance in data collection, analysis, and reporting and travel demand model maintenance and application, all to support implementation of Alameda CTC’s adopted Congestion Management Program.

  • The DBE goal for this contract is 22.0 percent.
  • Proposal due date: January 8, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).

 

Toll System Integration for the I-680 Sunol Express Lane - Northbound - South Grimmer Blvd. to North of SR 84 (RFP No. R16-0004)

The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) is requesting proposals from interested firms to provide toll system development, design, installation and warranty period services as the Toll System Integrator for the I-680 Sunol Express Lane - Northbound – South Grimmer Blvd. to north of SR 84. The performance period is anticipated to be from November 2015 to June 2020. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

This contract is funded with Measure B and other local funds. As such, the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program requirements applicable to such contracts will apply.

  • The LBCE goal for this contract is 70 percent LBE and 30 percent SLBE.
  • Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting date: October 13, 2015, 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) 
  • Proposal due date: November 2, 2015 November 16, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)

 

Note: All prospective proposers are required to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. It is highly recommended that the individual(s) responsible for the preparation of the cost proposal attend.
