Tri-Valley Integrated Transit and Park-and-Ride Study (A14-0037)

The Alameda County Transportation Commission (“Alameda CTC”) is requesting proposals from interested firms currently on the qualified list in the “Multimodal Transportation Planning, Design and Engineering” category of the Sustainable Communities Technical Assistance Program (“SC-TAP”) for the Tri-Valley Integrated Transit and Park-and-Ride Study (the “Project”), pursuant to the SC-TAP Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) submitted by such firms in response to Alameda CTC RFQ No. A13-0019 (“RFQ”). Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria described in Section II.3 of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

This RFP is being advertised to assist qualified prime consultants in locating subconsultants to meet the DBE contract goal. The DBE goal for this contract is 15.0 percent.

  • Optional Pre-Proposal meeting date: March 2, 2015, 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) 
  • Proposal due date: March 18, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)

Note: All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting. Due to the recent changes to federal award requirements, it is highly recommended that the individual(s) responsible for the preparation of the cost proposal attend.

2016 Countywide Transportation Plan (A15-0001)

The Alameda CTC intends to retain a professional services consultant or consultant team to prepare the 2016 Countywide Transportation Plan (CTP). The purpose of the CTP is to develop a performance-based long-range planning document that provides a framework for evaluating current and future transportation trends, issues, gaps and opportunities and to methodically identify short- and long-range solutions, including transportation projects, programs and policies, to maintain, improve and evaluate the transportation system in Alameda County.

  • The DBE goal for this contract is 24.0 percent.
  • Pre-Proposal meeting date: February 18, 2015, 1:30 p.m. (Pacific Time) 
  • Proposal due date: March 13, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
