The Alameda CTC invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide planning and engineering services for the East 14th Street/Mission Boulevard and Fremont Boulevard Multimodal Corridor Project. The performance period is for an initial period of 24 months from January 2018 to December 2019.

Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this RFP.

  • The LBCE Program’s goals for the resulting contract from this RFP are 70.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and 30.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE).
  • Proposal due date: Friday, August 11, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)
  • Optional Pre-Proposal Conference date: July 24, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. PT
    • Attendees are encouraged to confirm attendance by completing the online registration form at https://goo.gl/forms/os9e65ROrxTbpcsk2 by 5:00 p.m. PT the day before the meeting.
    • All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend the optional pre-proposal meeting.

I-680 Express Lanes from SR-84 to Alcosta Blvd (RFP No. R18-0003)

The Alameda CTC invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Project Initiation Document (PID) and Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA&ED) phase services for the Interstate 680 (I-680) Express Lanes from State Route 84 (SR 84) to Alcosta Boulevard Project (Project). The inclusion of PA&ED phase services is subject to approval by the governing body of Alameda CTC (Commission) at its July 27, 2017 meeting. The performance period is estimated to be 36 months from September 2017 to September 2020.  

Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this RFP.

The inclusion of PS&E phase services is subject to approval by the governing body of Alameda CTC (Commission) at its July 27, 2017 meeting. The performance period is estimated to be 45 months from September 2017 to June 2021.
