The Alameda County Transportation Commission (“Alameda CTC”) is requesting proposals from interested firms currently on the qualified list in the “Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning, Design and Engineering” categoryies of the Sustainable Communities Technical Assistance Program (“SC-TAP”) for the Bikeway Network 2.0 (the “Project”), pursuant to the SC-TAP Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) submitted by such firms in response to Alameda CTC RFQ No. A13-0019 (“RFQ”).
The Project will be jointly managed by Alameda CTC and the City of Oakland, with Oakland staff overseeing all aspects of the technical analysis and providing an initial review and approval of invoices and overseeing day-to-day contract management and Alameda CTC providing peer review of select tasks and final review and approval of invoices and other contract administration related items.
This RFP is being advertised to assist qualified prime consultants in locating subconsultants to meet the DBE contract goal. The DBE goal for this contract is 15.0 percent.
