Alameda CTC tracks progress toward the adopted Countywide Transportation Plan and Congestion Management Program goals through performance monitoring. Alameda CTC monitors trends in performance measures and uses results of this monitoring to inform planning and funding decisions. Monitoring efforts related to transportation-land use coordination include:
- Development of a database of local development approvals.
- Tracking livable communities’ performance measures.
- Tracking performance measures in the Priority Development Area Investment and Growth Strategy.
- Reporting on transportation-land use coordination metrics.
