I-580 Performance Evaluation (RFP No. R18-0006)

The Alameda CTC invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide professional services for the I-580 Express Lanes Evaluation Study. The performance period is for a period of 18 months from December 2017 to June 2019.

Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions all as set forth in detail within this RFP, including the following:

  • This contract will be funded with express lanes toll revenue and as such, will not be subject to the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, as local firms are a vital component of Alameda County’s economy, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of local and small firms in its proposal.
  • Proposal due date: Thursday, October 5, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)
  • Optional Pre-Proposal Conference date: Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. PT
    • Attendees are encouraged to confirm attendance by completing the online registration form at https://goo.gl/forms/gRqZr5sNaGJWKBnN2 by 5:00 p.m. PT the day before the meeting.
    • All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend the optional pre-proposal meeting.

Implementation of the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program (RFP No. R18-0005) (CLOSED)

The Alameda CTC invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide professional services for Alameda CTC for Implementation of the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program. The performance period is for an initial period of 18 months from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, with options for up to 3 additional years of service.

Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this RFP.

This contract will be funded with regional Transportation Fund for Clean Air funds and as such, will not be subject to the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, as local firms are a vital component of Alameda County’s economy, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of local and small firms in its proposal.

Proposals are due on Monday, September 18, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. PT.

The Alameda CTC invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide planning and engineering services for the East 14th Street/Mission Boulevard and Fremont Boulevard Multimodal Corridor Project. The performance period is for an initial period of 24 months from January 2018 to December 2019.

Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this RFP.

  • The LBCE Program’s goals for the resulting contract from this RFP are 70.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and 30.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE).

I-680 Express Lanes from SR-84 to Alcosta Blvd (RFP No. R18-0003) (CLOSED)

The Alameda CTC invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Project Initiation Document (PID) and Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA&ED) phase services for the Interstate 680 (I-680) Express Lanes from State Route 84 (SR 84) to Alcosta Boulevard Project (Project). The inclusion of PA&ED phase services is subject to approval by the governing body of Alameda CTC (Commission) at its July 27, 2017 meeting. The performance period is estimated to be 36 months from September 2017 to September 2020.  

Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this RFP.

  • The LBCE Program’s goals for the resulting contract from this RFP are 70.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and 30.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE).

The performance period is estimated to be 45 months from September 2017 to June 2021.
