Project Meetings and Meeting Documentation

Community Workshops to be held in February and March 

Please come to any one of the five workshops being held to develop the Alameda Countywide Transportation Plan update. You will have a chance to learn about the planning process and discuss the transportation needs that most important to you!

Your input will be used to develop the draft plan. A follow-up round of workshops will be held in the Fall of 2011 to provide an opportunity for review and comment on the draft plan.

Host a Discussion

If you are part of an organization that meets regularly and would like to discuss the Countywide Transportation Plan in greater detail, let us know by using our meeting request form. Project team staff and Alameda CTC staff are trained and available to join your group for an hour-long (or shorter) discussion about the planning process, transportation needs and priorities. Use the form below to request a meeting.


Lead a Discussion

If you are part of an Alameda CTC Advisory Committee and would like to lead on an outreach meeting, please take a moment to tell us where you will be using our outreach kit materials using our materials submission form. Once you have completed the form you will be able to access and downlowad the outreach kit materials including the Welcome Guide and Questionnaire. An outreach kit overview presentation is available for you to review.


Submit Completed Outreach Reporting Materials

If you are part of an Alameda CTC Advisory Committee and would like to report on an outreach meeting you have conducted, please submit your completed outreach reporting materials, including completed questionnaires using our materials submission form. 


Workshop summary reports will be available in the Project Library.
