Measure B and Vehicle Registration Fee Program Compliance Report Forms
For end-of-year compliance, Measure B and Vehicle Registration Fee fund recipients are required to submit to the Alameda CTC one electronic and one hard copy version of an independent audit and a compliance report for the respective programs.
Recipients of Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) Funds must complete a separate independent audit and the VRF Compliance Forms.

FY 12-13 Compliance Reporting Forms to be updated/uploaded in mid-September 2013.
To save a copy of the form(s) and attachment(s) on your desktop, right click on above documents and depending on your browser, choose "Save link as" or "Save target as" to save a copy on your hard drive. Add to the existing file name a designator for your agency/jurisdiction. (You can also save a copy of the form and attachment after you click through to them above, but the approach varies according to your browser.)
Send an email with the completed MS WORD Form(s), MS Excel Tables 1-3 attachment(s), and additional attachments to email@example.com and post-mark hard copies before the due date.
If your files are larger than 8 MB, upload the files to Alameda CTC’s FTP site and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the upload (see the reporting instructions for details on the FTP site).
