Measure B and Vehicle Registration Fee Program Compliance Requirements
At the end of each year, Measure B and Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) fund recipients are required to submit to the Alameda CTC separate Audited Financial Statements and an Annual Compliance Reports for their respective Measure B and VRF programs. These reports describe annual revenues, expenditures and anticipated uses of Measure B/VRF funds to fulfill the Master Programs Funding Agreement reporting requirements. The Alameda CTC, in conjunction with the Citizens Watchdog Committee, reviews the submitted reports to determine program compliance in the Spring.

Measure B / Vehicle Registration Fee Compliance Reporting Forms
The Fiscal Year 2013-14 Measure B/VRF Compliance Reporting Forms include two parts. (1) MS WORD Form, and (2) a Table 1-3 Attachment. The MS WORD Form is generic to all agencies for the Measure B/VRF Programs; whereas Table 1-3 Attachment is specific to each agency.

- Signed Signature Page for Revisions
- Responses to Request For Information Letter
- Revised Compliance Reports and Financial Statements
Annual Compliance Workshop Information
All Measure B/VRF Direct Local Distribution Program recipients are required to attend the Mandatory Annual Compliance Workshop.
