Measure B and Vehicle Registration Fee Program Compliance Requirements

At the end of each year, Measure B and Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) fund recipients are required to submit to the Alameda CTC separate Audited Financial Statements and an Annual Compliance Reports for their respective Measure B and VRF programs. These reports describe annual revenues, expenditures and anticipated uses of Measure B/VRF funds to fulfill the Master Programs Funding Agreement reporting requirements.  The Alameda CTC, in conjunction with the Citizens Watchdog Committee, reviews the submitted reports to determine program compliance in the Spring.

Measure B / Vehicle Registration Fee Compliance Reporting Forms

The Fiscal Year 2013-14 Measure B/VRF Compliance Reporting Forms include two parts.  (1) MS WORD Form, and (2) a Table 1-3 Attachment.  The MS WORD Form is generic to all agencies for the Measure B/VRF Programs; whereas Table 1-3 Attachment is specific to each agency.

Note: The Tables 1-3 downloads consists of a ZIP file with folders specific for each agency.  Unzip the file, and only complete the applicable reporting form(s) for your agency's Measure B/VRF programs.

Electronic: Transmit the completed MS WORD Form(s), MS EXCEL Tables 1-3 attachment(s), and any additional attachments to grants@alamedactc.org.

Hardcopy: Post-mark hard copies before the due date.
